Insanity Month 2 has Started
So this week I started Insanity Month 2. Everything is to the Max now. Max Cardio, Max Interval Plyo, etc. When I say it makes month 1 workouts seem easy, I mean it. Shaun T really pushes your body to the max..I mean really! But I love it. I love a challenge. I had to stop a few times, but I made it through the workout. Also, I had to adjust to the length of the workouts as well. No more 30-45 minutes, it's more like 50-60 minutes. So I'm still adjusting to that.
My weight loss currently is 8lbs and I've lost 3 inches off my waist
